Refund policy

❌ No Returns or Exchanges

Our brownies are freshly baked in small batches and cannot be restocked or resold once delivered or picked up. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any food items.


✅ Order Issues or Errors

If you received:

  • The wrong item

  • An incomplete order

  • A damaged box or product

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund — at our discretion.

🚫 Missed Deliveries or Incorrect Pickup

If your delivery was left in a secure location (as per our delivery policy) and you did not retrieve it in time, or if you fail to pick up your order during the agreed time window, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.
